This Privacy Policy explains how ALWAYSCLOUD ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and stores personal information when providing the automation service (the "Service"), including integration with the WhatsApp Cloud API so businesses can interact with customers via WhatsApp.

• Business account details: business name, business contact email, business profile photo, and business phone number(s) used to connect to WhatsApp.
• Customer contact data: phone numbers and message content exchanged between businesses and their customers through WhatsApp when using the Service.
• Usage data: logs, timestamps, IP addresses, API request/response metadata, and diagnostic data needed to operate and improve the Service.
• Payment & transactional data: where applicable, order and transaction metadata needed to process purchases placed via the Service (note: we do not store raw payment card data unless explicitly stated; payments are processed by third-party payment processors).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use data for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate and maintain the Service and enable businesses to send and receive WhatsApp messages.
• To authenticate and verify business phone numbers via the WhatsApp Cloud API.
• To respond to customer support requests and fulfil orders placed through the Service.
• To analyze usage and improve the reliability, performance, and features of the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse, fraud or spam.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (if applicable)

Where required by applicable law (for example, under the GDPR), our legal bases for processing personal data include:

• Meta / WhatsApp: We use the WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta) to deliver messages. Message delivery and related metadata may be processed by Meta under their privacy policy.
• Payment processors: When payments are involved, we share necessary transaction data with payment processors to complete purchases.
• Service providers: Hosting providers, analytics, monitoring, and support tools that assist us in operating the Service.
• Legal requests: We may disclose data to comply with law or protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Unless you instruct us otherwise, we keep message metadata for 1 year and message content for 90 days (these are configurable; contact us to request changes or deletion of data for your account).

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and the right to object to processing. 8. International Transfers

Personal data may be processed or stored in countries outside your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers (for example, standard contractual clauses).

Our Service is intended for businesses and their customers and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child’s personal data has been collected, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
